Your Two Tools

One mission. One gym. One log.

Base Camp doesn't replace either site — it's the front door. Open the one you need, do the work there, then come back here to log it.

The Daily Loop

The same four steps, every day.

This is what "Day 4" through "Day 42" actually look like — the same rhythm every night, with the week's focus changing underneath it.

Getting Started

Day 1, 2, 3 — spelled out.

The first three days are different from the rest, because nothing has broken yet to tell you which Architect stage you need. After Day 3, the Daily Loop above takes over.

From Day 4 onward: repeat the Daily Loop above. The active week (shown in Today) tells you which Runway gate you're in — the Overlap Map below tells you when to pull in Architect.
The Overlap Map

When to leave Runway and open Architect.

Not a schedule — a set of triggers. Most nights you stay in Runway. Open Architect only when tonight's work matches one of these.

The Six Weeks

Where you are in the mission.

Mirrors Runway's Flight Plan exactly — this week is highlighted. Open Runway for the full briefing on any of them.

Logbook

The one place you document everything.

Tag each entry so you can tell, later, whether tonight was a Runway night, an Architect night, or both.

No entries yet. Tonight's the first one.
